Fab que veux tu dire par impots faibles? quel est le taux d imposition en Floride?

Peux tu partager les impots par tranche? Ou connais tu un site en particulier pour checker tout ca?

Les taux varient de 10 % si vous gagnez moins de 8,925 $ à 35 % si vous avez des revenus supérieurs à 398,350 $ voire 39,6% pour les revenus supérieurs à 400,000$. Ceci peut aussi changer en fonction de votre situation maritale.

sales tax a 6%
pas de state income tax.
pour les societe corporate income tax tu as le federal 15% + l'etat 5.5%

ils sont tes meilleurs amis du monde en 3 seconde , et te disent " demain on s'appelle "..et le lendemain peut durer plusieurs mois ! ils te recroisent , puis meme scénario " on se tel , on mange ensemble ...." et bla bla

allez , je vais m'attirer les foudres du forum : c'est un peu le cas dans le sud de la france aussi ...non ?

2eme points, il faut se dire aussi que bien souvant les francais ici sont de passage, ils viennent 3 a 12mois pour un stage, un boulot pendant 2ans ou autre, et apres ils repartent bref c'est du passage... donc c'est pas non plus facile de se faire "des potes qui durent"

quand j'etais a ny on etait un petit groupe de pote 5/6 personnes francaises, et finalement au bout de 3ans ben un est partie, l'autre idem, nous on a demenage... bref tout le monde s'est retrouve tout seul... plus qu'a recommencer...

ca fait parti des joies de la vie d'expat

Heu non pas vraiment de désillusions. On est loin des clichés des reportages de la TV française, ce qui n'est pas un mal.

Pas de désillusion, mais par contre des surprises !

Une choses à laquelle je n'avais pas du tout pensé, c'est que l'immigration US joue vraiment comme un superbe filtre. Du coup, les gens qui arrivent à rester ici (en tout cas ceux que je connais) ont un peu tous le même profil.

Ils sont entreprenants, démerdards, travailleurs, intelligents, réactifs, persévérants et généralement intéressants.

Bien sûr il y a des exceptions. Mais rares.

Je parle bien là des gens qui ARRIVENT à rester au terme de leur premier visa. Parce que le plus simple, c'est d'avoir un premier visa.... le renouveler est souvent une autre histoire.

Miami Beach "est" juive comme le sentier à Paris ou les Gratte ciel à Lyon ... c'est l'endroit où tu en trouveras ... au pire, tu as le musée.
